The BCBGMAXAZRIA EVENT

On December 17 BCBGMAXAZRIA launched its new fragrance called “Within” in their store in Rodeo Drive. The event was a success. I had the pleasure to meet the amazing Lubov Azria, who is the creative director/designer/Max Azria’s wife/muse of the brand!


It was totally an experience for me because I love the brand! The creations are just spectacular as the quality and style of it collections. I was so excited to meet her that I felt like a groupie. I have never reacted like that before! I could say she is beautiful inside and out!
I discovered the brand one year ago when I moved to Tinseltown and I felt in love with it because you get quality products without having to foreclosure your home lol



Besides Luvob, perfumer Sarah Horowitz was there introducing the fragrance. I will call her a guru in aromas. She performed a personalized reading that shows us how the fragrance worked with our body chemistry. It was very interesting.


Also interesting was seeing some reality TV celebrities that appeared here and there. I was walking around the store with familiar faces around me.
BCBGMAXAZRIA have the best customer service and that’s why I keep shopping there. It has friendly and professional associates that assist me and help me all the time. Plus when they have their events they pamper you with champagne, pastries and chocolates. I don’t complain, although champagne and shopping is a bad combination for me and my credit card ha ha

The Million $ Listing Finale :(

Without the Rachel Zoe Project and Million Dollar Listing I feel like I hate Mondays again! On December 7th, Bravo aired the season finale of the Bad Boys of real state. With the marketing having problems it's been a tough year for everybody and also for the pros. Despite the economy the show managed to keep his viewers entertained and craving for more.



So much more than Pacific Madison Hildebrand completely came out from the closet, Baller Josh Flagg was scared about his health and eccentric Chad Rogers pop the question to his girlfriend Victoria!!!! I know! I loved it when I saw the previews, but for the ones that follow the show know exactly that he didn't pop THE question. It was more like asking her to "officially" share custody of the adorable Starla the Chihuahua, that by the way has her own twitter account, now you know why I called Chad eccentric! Lol





Anyways, I had a blast watching the season finale on a big screen in Capitol City, Hollywood where Chad Rogers was the star of the night. It was very nice meeting him, his hair, and his girlfriend Victoria. He is a very polite guy with a good sense of fashion and with beautiful girlfriend. It seems like he has it all, fame, money and love, but at the same time that doesn't make his head big, besides all the spray he uses! I could say he is a charming and smart guy with a bright future that makes his fans feel like gold :)

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2009 sent me back to the Gym or maybe to the make up artist????

Last Night on CBS the most wacthed fashion show aired and the beautiful angels showed us their perfect bodies. After watching this, I admit I felt guilty for eating too much over the past week (birthday and thanksgiving celebration) that I made a resolution without even starting the New Year: I'm going to look like a Victoria's Secret Model and go back to the gym! lol I know!



There was another thought after that one.....Where is Adriana Lima???? The Runway didn't have the same energy! She was really missed. Although my favorite girl is Alessandra Ambrossio, Adriana knows how to cheer the crowd. I was surprised when I read that she got married in February and she just had a baby. The suprise was not because she actually got married and had a baby, but because I didn't know anything about it!!!! Where am I living??? Oh, wait, Hollywood!



Most surprisingly was when I read this article in the Huffington Post quoting Selita Ebanks in an interview to the New York Daily News: "It's all about creating the illusion of this amazing body on the runway. People don't realize that there are about 20 layers of makeup on my butt alone." Ebanks said the body makeup takes an hour to apply, plus hair and face makeup, which takes three to five hours. An average of five people works on each of the 38 models! Wow, after this I don't feel that bad. I just need money so I can afford a good make up artist!



Anyways, I love the Victoria's Secret Models, I'm fascinated with them and I have met Heidi, Marissa and Miranda. These girls are even more beautiful in person that on tv.



From Heidi I can highlight her legs, from Marissa her hair and body and from Miranda her face and body!
I'm already looking forward for next year fashion show ;)

This seems so easy that I decided to post it! I hate using the brush while blow drying my hair, not even in the salon, it's so harsh and it hurts my scalp!! I love this and I would do it :) Next time you see me I would have supermodel's hair. Ha Ha Ha Now I just need to work in my body!

Bienvenido Gustavo!

Last Saturday October 3rd. I went to the Hollywood Bowl to see the Los Angeles Phillarmonic, something I wouldn't probably never been thrilled about unless for Gustavo Dudamel. This young "Maestro" is a latino pride born in Venezuela.



He has brought our culture to another level! He is young and energetic! He is also very entertaining even for those who don't like classic music.
The show was amazing specially the Grand Finale which was a surprise. It was a fireworks show out of this world.



It was a great experience for me and made me feel proud of being South American! His show brought celebrities from different countries, like Pablo Montero and Andy Garcia, who I met and took a picture with. A gentlemen, that's all I have to say, very nice guy.

The September Issue

I saw the documentary last Friday at the Arclight and love it! It's definitely an inside in that mystical fashion world of Anna Wintour. I ended up wanting more. Grace Coddington graced the screen with her warm personality and charisma as for Miss Wintour, I thought she was funny specially when she sent the camera guy to the gym. She is honest and is not afraid to tell the truth. I probably wouldn't say the same thing if I work for her he he.

At least Rachel died in Chanel lol I love Rachel and Brad!! and Ashton for making the Blah girlz :)

Who am I?

Hello, everyone. I'm a just girl with big dreams trying to discover myself and my mission in life...! I'm 25 years old, I was born and raised in Ecuador until I was 16 . I've always admired and envied others that know what they want to be in life! One thing that I know is that I still don't know who I want to be in life, but I'm living my life in the place where I want to be....And this is the beautiful and crazy Hollywood!

Different reasons brought me here, I could say almost it was meant to be...,but only God knows why I am here. I moved a year ago and I'm already in love with this place. It's fascinating because you cannot say that there is an ordinary day. Something is always happenning and that's what I love about this city, for some reason is the entertainment capital of the world.

One of the things I've learned here is to appreciate art and fashion. And I don't consider myself a guru, but I would like to be one someday. Who wouldn't right?
One of my favorite stylist is Rachel Zoe, I bought her book 'Style A to Zoe' after I heard about it on her show the one I religiously watch since it started last year! I believe she is awesome and I would die if I meet her someday lol

If you don't find me at home is more likely I'm at some mall. I wish I could say surfing, but I haven't done it since I moved here, I'm still learning to drive and I'm kinda scare of the road (the beach is like 25 minutes away from where I live). How funny! I trust the water more than the road. As a matter of fact I'm obsessed with water...My childhood home was only 5 minutes walking away from the beach and that's where I spent most of my time. I don't drink tap water and I always carry a bottle of water. It has to taste right....just right :)

I love celebrities because I haven't had a bad experience with one of them yet, like a lot of people say here. In this blog you will find updates about the new trends in fashion as well as the highlights in the discovery of my own life. It won't be boring, I promise!
